help you, while, at the same time, protecting the environment.
7. Lots of water
And
above all is water. Drinking 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day will cover your
bodily needs. Very sugary drinks promote weight gain in the long term and
should be avoided. Alcohol should not be consumed
excessively.
